12th Class Result 2017 for Different Boards


Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) or 12th board examination is a centralized examination for the class 12th students conducted during the period of March-April. This board examination is very mush mandatory for pursuing higher education or any undergraduate course in India. The HSC exam is also called by different names across India – ICSE, CBSE and State Boards where each board prepares its time table separately for the higher secondary examinations. Here is the detailed information about the 12th and HSC Result 2017 for different boards:


CBSE Board

The “Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)” has its main office located in New Delhi and announces its results region-wise. The class 12 examinations are scheduled to begin from the 9th of March 2017 and continue till the 29th of April, 2017.

Candidates can download the CBSE exam date sheet as well as the 12th Result 2017 can be downloaded from the official portal in which is likely to be announced in the month of May, 2017. The exam centers will be all over India. Keep an eye in the official website in order to get any details about the board exam.

ICSE Board

The “Indian Certificate of Secondary Education” also known as the ICSE Board was formed in the year 1986. The head office is located in New Delhi and various private and government schools are affiliated with this board. ICSE is conducted by the council for the Indian School Certificate Examination – CISCE and conducts the board exams for both 10th and 12th class every year in the month of February-March.

The 12th exams for this board are scheduled to start on the 6th of Feb, 2017 and end on the 5th of April, 2017. Students can download the time sheet for their board exams from the official website. Once done with the examination, students can download their 12th Result 2017 from the same website as above. It is always analyzed that this board is tough than other boards and hence, candidates appearing for the exams must prepare well in order to secure good grades.

HSC Results

The Maharashtra State Board of secondary and higher secondary education is an autonomous body which is established under the Maharashtra Secondary Boards Act 1965 which conducts 10th and 12th examinations every year. The HSC exams are conducted in the month of March and the results are likely to be released in the month of May 2017. About 15 Lakhs students appear for the HSC examination every year and can access all exam related details on the official website.

The HSC Result 2017 are likely to be out in the month of May 2017 or in the first week of June 2017 and students can get the results on the board website itself. Students who fail to clear the HSC exam have an option of applying for the supplementary exams and perform well in order to clear the failed subject. The results of the supplementary examinations will be out in the month of June 2017.
