The CBSE is the biggest school board of India. It’s the father of all other board’s. The board works according to the instructions and guidelines of the central government of India. The CBSE has numerous schools registered under it and conducts the secondary and higher secondary examination of the students registered under it. The board formulates rule and guidelines according to which schools have operate and board also designs the academic year syllabus and course structure.

(1). Is it possible for the students to change their stream after the +1 and take +2 with different stream?
The students can change their stream easily after the eleventh and can take another stream in the twelfth. The students sometimes choose wrong stream in the +1 (11th Class) and they feel like they can’t work in this field. So their nothing to worry as they can change the stream easily and it won’t effects their total aggregate result of the +1 (Class 11th) & +2 (Class 12th).
(2). What are the criteria for student to appear as private candidate for the examination?
CBSE gives chance to candidates to appear in the board examination as private candidate without taking admission in any school. They just had filled the examination registration form and fees directly to the board as independent candidate. The board allows candidates to appear as a private candidate in the following cases.
- Failed candidates
- Teachers serving in educational institutions
- Women candidates who are bonfire residents of NCT of Delhi
- Physically handicapped students
(3). How many chances board provides to clear compartment and when?
The CBSE is generous board and provides five chances to its students to clear compartment. The students have to clear compartment in five chances otherwise they had repeat whole year again. The first chance to clear exam is given in the July/August and second in the March/April, the five chances are given so on with interval of six months.
(4). What is the procedure to evaluate the answer sheets?
The each section of the question paper is divided into small marks and according to the numbers is given to the students. For example, a numerical question asked in accounting paper of 15 marks will be evaluated on the basis of every step. If question has five parts which means each step is of three marks and student performed three parts correct, then he will be given only 9 marks out of 15 marks.
(5). What is the meaning of verification of marks?
The students can apply for the re verification of marks if they feel any problem regarding the marks evaluated by the board. They are many cases when marks get reevaluate and they increase due to any error made by the board. The things that are verified in the process are.
- Checking whether all answer has been evaluated.
- That there has been no mistake in the totalling of marks for each question in that subject.
- That the marks have been transferred correctly on the title page of the answer book and to the award list.
- Whether the supplementary answer book(s) attached with the answer book mentioned by the candidate are intact.
- No revaluation of the answer book or supplementary answer book(s) shall be done in the verification.
(6). Website to Check CBSE Board Result for Class 10th & 12th?
